You acknowledge and agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have recieved concerning Tracks Eraser have no effect--it is the terms of this Agreement that will control all issues involving your use of Tracks Eraser. All rights to Tracks Eraser are owned by Acesoft. and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Acesoft retains all rights not expressly granted by this Agreement. This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated herin.

 tracks eraser proI thought it was a great product,easy and quick to use.I will be sorry when the 15 day trial is over as I wont be able to buy it as I dont have a credit card and as far as I can tell its not available to buy in New Zealand.I found it good removing history in opera browser.and cleaning freespace on disc
